Roomer PMS is a modern Property Management System for hotels. In 2018 they showed up at our doorstep and requested us to help them grow. The software was going to be relaunched and the market had to know about this. Roomer is a big brand in Iceland, so a lot of opportunities lie ahead in the rest of the Europe.

Hotels in the Netherlands didn’t know Roomer PMS or didn’t know them very well. Help us increase brand awareness and provide us with new opportunities and leads, in The Netherlands to start with. At the same time we are looking for a new identity that fits the new software and that forms the foundation of the new marketing activities.
A marketing strategy was formed regarding which channel mix enables us to reach the target audience the best way possible with the new identity: ‘Roomer for improvement’. The new website also visualized the new identity.
Our telesales agents enriched company data with the right contacts and consent to send emails. The campaign was launched through Google Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing and events.
Visitors were guided through their buyer’s journey with the use of good content pieces. A database was formed that allowed Roomer to follow up on interesting leads and demo requests. The first next steps comprised of further implementation of Sharpspring, also for foreign markets. Unfortunately Roomer had to acknowledge their superiors in the worldwide (travel) crisis that arised caused by COVID-19 and they were forced to cease all activities.
