CPM Europe is a leading supplier of process equipment, with CPM’s history dating back to 1883. They are known worldwide as specialists in flaking, pelleting and grinding, with their equipment being used on a global level in various industries.

CPM has developed a patented technology, the ‘Twin Track’ technology. A true revolution within the pellet machine, but certainly also within the industry. CPM called in Referro to make this technology known to the target group. The first assignment was: develop a creative campaign concept. The aim was to bring the Twin Track innovation to the attention of all major players in the biomass/wood industry. Create awareness and interest.


After a phase of research (interviews, competitor analysis and desk research) a creative campaign concept was developed under the name “The Revolution Inside”. The main USPs of the Twin Track are explained in more detail herein. This idea has been translated into: a campaign website, (online) banners, a 3D promo/product video, brochures and exhibition material. In addition, an international PR campaign has been rolled out. The result is a successful international product launch at a leading conference.
